Habbo Experts are users who have been chosen because of their expertise in a particular area including technology, safety, gaming and Habbo. You can recognise an Habbo Expert or "Habbo X" by the badge they wear.

Standard X
Standard Xs are new experts who have recently joined the team. They are not yet a particular kind of X and so can be found all over the hotel!

Host X
Host Xs can be found in the Welcome Lounge and are there are to welcome new Habbos to the hotel and to help existing Habbos with any problems they may have.

Safety X
Safety Xs are found in the Safety Spa and are experts on all things safety! They can help you keep you, your Habbo and your computer safe.

Tech X
Tech Xs know all things technical. They can help with issues with your access to Habbo or computer.

Gaming X
Gaming Xs are found in games rooms (private rooms and Snowball/Battleball Lobbies). They give handy hints and tips on how to play Habbo games and how to stay safe whilst doing it!

Team Leaders
Each group has one or two team leaders, recognisable by the following badges:


Team Leaders are responsible for their team members and make sure they know what they're doing. They're usually the most experience experts from their group.

How can I become an X?
Firstly, make sure you fit the following criteria:

• That you have had your account for approximately 6 months and are active in Habbo.
• That you’ve visited the Hotel at least 200 times.
• That you know the Habbo Way inside and out and live your Habbo life by it.
• That you have no more than half a dozen bans for minor offences (e.g. nothing worse than flooding, swearing and minor disruption).
• That you’re patient, enthusiastic and actually like sharing your knowledge with people!
• That you have good knowledge of the Hotel and, if you’re applying to become a Safety X, that you have good understanding of how to keep safe online.

If you fit the above, then check the Hotel you use website and check the Habbo Expert area to see if applications are there. There will be instructions there on how to apply.
